Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to ship.

We ship domestically and internationally. We ship to P.O. Boxes. If you have a question about domestic or international shipping please email us at info@perapelleshoes.com.

We ship Priority mail with tracking number. We do not charge for domestic shipping.If an email address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number once the order ships.

Domestic shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days and international shipping takes 7 to 10 days, depending on location.

Customs, Duties and Taxes for international orders:

Please be aware with international orders; customs fees, duties, taxes and or brokerage fees may apply. Please check with your local customs agent to see if any fees apply. These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by Pera Pelle. It is your responsibility to pay any fees that your government may require.
